Survey Results - nearly all anonymous

Last week I could split email list into different groups depending on recent survey answers. No they have all been marked anonymous - making results next to useless.  

 

Why have the survey results been changed and how can I get the old survey results back.   

 

Issue - the email addresses have be changed to anonymous.
