Trouble Authenticating with One Account

We have many clients using our software that works with constant contact's api.  The newest client we have is throwing an error when I try to authenticate thru the api.  I have logged on with the user's info so the account is good:

 

{"The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden."}

 

And the url is:

https://api.constantcontact.com/ws/customers/[removed]/campaigns

 

Could it be the dash causing the issue?

Hello LLB,

 

I've removed the username from the request uri in your email. I was unable to find an account with that username in our system, however, so this is likely causing the issue.
