Hi, we got locked out of our API account, needs to be fixed ASAP. I called support and they said they didnt have the ability to unlock it, it could only be done through email. Can anyone help?

Can you send a message to webservices@constantcontact.com with your account info and exactly what the issue is? When you say API account, is this your mashery account? or the CTCT account that you test your API calls with? or something else?
