      Below is the error i am getting from an activity  after  doing bulk add contacts ...Every thing was fine till last suddenly it started giving us Error in the Response what could be the reason...?

We are aware that some bulk activites are causing that exception and are trying to determine the cause.  Would you PM me the details of the call (API key, payload...) to me or email them to    Sorry for the difficulty.

Seems like it is pervasive this week.





Thanks for the reports.  We have multiple developers researching this issue now and have escalated the severity.  We are hopeful to have a fix out soon and will share more information when we get it.

We have sent emails regarding this problem to support and have not gotten a reply that this is being looked at.

Our clients that are having the problem have been moved to the new web interface. Our login is still using the old interface and does not appear to have this problem using the same data the customer is.


If this problem is specific to customers on the new UI. Is it possible to move them back to the old UI?

Did the emails sent get received?

Has this problem been resolved?

We did release a patch for this and other issues this morning, as well as another patch that should be live by 2:30pm EST.  Please let me know if you are still having this issue.

For me  still issue exists... Any update on the issue?

Our engineers have been working on the issue over the weekend, and I will be following up later today to see if we have any new information as to when a patch fixing this will likely be released.

We are doing SyncApps testing this weekend and seems this error is not occuring now.  Doing some spot checks with subscribers so hopefully by Monday all will be seeing the same thing we are:  All Contacts moving from CRM to Constant Contact lists.




We released a fix on Friday 11/22 in the AM EST, this should have cleared the issue up for everyone.  We are continuing to monitor logs to ensure that is the case.

Any update on this?  Looks like it's still continuing.

We do not have any additional updates at this time.  We are continuing to try to fix the problems causing these errors and have done a lot to reduce the volume (reduction since this thread began of nearly 96%).  I understand that this does not solve the problem for those still suffering from it.  Will update once we have made progress in resolving the rest of these issues.

I am getting the same error message.  The wierd thing is that this only happens for the one list that i loaded. Can we get an update on this issue.  My clients need to get this resolved.

I am also seeing this error now. Any permanent fix yet?
