[error] => Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)

I am using the Constant Contact PHP Library. Nothing has changed about our implementation in about a year. Yesterday our user sign up for email list stopped work. Here is the response from the makeRequest() method:

Array
(
[xml] =>
[info] => Array

[error] => Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)

Can you tell me why we are getting [http_code] => 0 and [error] => Problem with the SSL CA cert (path? access rights?)

Hello,

Based on what you have described, it looks like there is a problem with your SSL certificates that are stored for your web server. If you have the ability to restart your server software (Apache for example), that would be a good first step. If that fails, the next step you would want to take is to make sure that your SSL certificates are up to date.
