I have integrated CC-Web service to our client application. I have newly created API key(https://constantcontact.mashery.com). But API key status is waiting. So I got the following error message. So Kindly help us resolve this issues. API Key: 7hksy7bucezdpkgk7jr5g4n7

I have activated your application's API Key. It looks like you have multiple API Keys and additional keys need to be manually activated by API support. In the future you can contact email@example.com and include your API key to expedite activation of your key. Also, if you intend a need for more keys, you can preemptively create a batch of new applications and have us activate them for you in advance.
