Allow media queries in the CSS

The system is not allowing to use a media queries in the CSS of an e-mail.

This is a limitation when wanting to create responsive e-mails.

While multiple CC users have been asking about this since 2013 in the forum, apparently it's necessary for a user to put it forward as an "idea" and others to vote. So please vote and hopefully we can make update our templates to the now.
