Some customers are seeing intermittent errors when attempting to upload a new image or insert an image into their email. While we look into getting this fixed we have found if you try to reattempt your previous action, the image will be visible. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Cropping an image causes problems

Cropping an image causes an unwanted border.

See example (screenshot) below - the top left picture was cropped and the border shows up. The picture should be border-less like the other pictures around it.

Sorry to hear this but thank you for bringing it to our attention. Can you tell us a little more about the steps that you took prior to this happening? Did you use the "edit image" option while you were creating your email, or was the image cropped outside of Constant Contact prior to uploading it?

We upload the full image while creating the email; then try to crop it, accordingly, using the "edit image" option.

I've experienced the exact same issue. It's frustrating. The Constant Contact cropping feature is essentially unusable.
