Customize Buttons and Dividers individually from Design tab

The below divider is great. A past employee has used this divider in our emails, but I cannot figure out how to duplicate this in current constant contact emails. Any feedback/suggestions would be appreciated!

Hi @JessicaF2892. This is a custom divider that is used by our design team. Is this something that you would like to have available in all templates? What other types would you like to see?

I wish the button and dividers were separated on the design tab. I like to have different colors for dividers and buttons.
