Editor Slowness

I agree, after using Constant Contact for over 7 years, this new editor is lousy.  So slow to respond and my productivity is drastically reduced.  Just to import a photo is now many more steps...why??  I add a text box, start to type and nothing happens.  I have to wait about 45 seconds for my type to show up and then editing it is even slower.  Not satisfied at all.

Because your post is different from the original thread you commented on we have moved it into an idea of its own. We apologize for the experience you're having working in your account. The in editor slowness you are experiencing is not something all users experience and does have to be troubleshooted on a case by case basis. With that said, what browser are you working in? Do you have this same experience in a different browser or a private/incognito window? Are you copying previously sent campaigns and updating these copies? Or are you inserting brand new text blocks?

 

As for inserting images - what are the steps you're taking to import a photo? How would you expect to do it instead?
