I have had a subscription with you folks for years now because your template was easy to use and you offered suggestions etc. Now it has gotten mora and more difficult and if I want to have help I have to pay almost $80 on top of all the money I spend monthly. I am currently looking for a different service but want you to know that I feel ripped off after paying all this money for countless months.
