When I was trying to get through the first newsletter and setting up a template I kept running to a 30 sec repetitive demo. I could do nothing be sit there until it finished. I'm not finding the online new user stuff as easy as I expected it to be
I love Constant Contact and have had wonderful support by phone.
HOWEVER to received this response on September 5th for a comment I posted in JUNE is nearly insulting.
At this point I do not recall what the issue refers to.
