Move the color picker tool "cursor" into the center of the palette.

When I click on the color picker tool to choose a "custom color" the cursor is always located on the very top edge of the box.  This makes it possible to choose gradients BELOW it, but not above.  In order to move to another gradient above the cursor, I have to go to the color bar on the right and move the arrow there, which also tends to "jump" too much in that direction.  It would be very helpful to have the color picker tool begin in the center of the box (on the left) and also make it possible to scroll within the gradient choices in that box instead of having to switch to the color bar on the right.
