Open Rates Inaccurate

Our open rates aren't counting people who've opened our emails on Android devices.

I'd be happy to take a look into this for you. I sent you a private message asking for examples of customer's email addresses who have opened your emails that are not listed in your reporting as opened if you could please reply back there so we can dig into this further.
