I am just wondering if there are any plans to change the way the photos are formatted in Constant Contact emails/newsletters? Specifically I mean the ability to rotate or skew the images possibly at different angles.

Are you looking to put images into the email on an angle or in different shapes? Have you tired clicking into your image and choosing to edit? There are some fun formatting options here you can try out like making the photo fit in the shape of a circle.
