Remember Email Addresses When Sending Test Emails

1. When sending a test email the registered emails that can sent emails should be listed in a drop down menu. Now we have to add manually all email addresses. 2.Add a calendar button in the email newsletter for easy scheduling 3. The RSVP has only mm/dd/yyyy. In Europe we have dd/mm/yyyy and sometimes its confusing. 4. Also in RSVP when you add apostrophe is not working properly in the email newsletter. there must be a bug. thanks for your support Stelios Smyrillis

In the previous version of CC, when I wanted to send a test email, a menu of previously used lists of addresses would drop down when I started typing and I could select the one I wanted. This was very handy for sending drafts to specific groups of people every time a new issue of a newsletter was ready to go out - weekly, biweekly or whatever. In the latest version, I have to type all the addresses in every time. This is a step back and it would be nice if you would restore that functionality. Deleting user-friendly features is not progress. My email address is if you would care to respond.

Status changed to: Voting Open

Hey @Kristi_A, thanks for your feedback! Would it be easier if we created a "Preview and Test" list that you could send to instead of having to type those contacts out every time? This would be a specific list that you could manage within your "My Settings" page. Just a thought that'd likely make this even more user friendly.

Status changed to: Not Currently Planned

Hello everyone. With the changes being made to our Feedback flow, we are changing this status to Not Currently Planned. At this time, we do not have plans to include this type of functionality due to the low number of tracks from other customers and the prioritization of other ideas. If we hear anything in the future regarding this feature request, we will update the thread.
