Set recurring messages

We send weekly reminders to our constituents about our weekly lunch events and it would be tremendously helpful if we didn't have to individually schedule each message.  There is so much opportunity for error when you have to repeat the same task over and over again (inconsistent subject lines, setting the reminder for the wrong time, etc.).  We ask our student workers to help us with this task and limiting the opportunity for error is essential.
