1) it sends to people without the administrator even knowing. In my case as a 12 year user, when I set up a new client I had no idea this was sending emails out until my client called up furious that 15 longtime contacts were getting this inane message.
2) the criteria it uses to send the message is flawed, these are existing contacts!
3) when I tried to delete it, I could not. Then spend nearly half hour getting thru your auto attendant, then waiting for rep to explain how to make it inactive--lousy user experience!
