Thanks for posting!
It is currently not possible to switch from mobile to computer, or computer to mobile if you are creating a campaign. If you begin on a mobile device, you have to finish and send it from a mobile device. The same is true for a computer. It would not be so bad except that there are minimal options for blocks available on the mobile, making it virtually impossible to create a "reasonable" email campaign this way. Please consider makig campaign emails accessible across both platforms.
This is a ridiculous situation, guys. Mobile is here to stay, so get on board with it!
I work so often from my iPad, from wherever I'm at, and cannot make changes to existing emails? Unacceptable! I'm a Virtual Assistant, of crying out loud - I work everywhere! Why can't the browser - Safari or Chrome - just let me work?
You cannot seriously still be using Flash. Adobe doesn't use Flash anymore and they created it!
Get with it, CC. I cannot, and will not, recommend this product until you join the 21st century.
Now, excuse me while I go set up my client in.
Will that ever happen? Would love if it would!
Thanks for the feedback @BobC2,
You should be able to access CTCT on your ipad using Safari. Does it not work for you?
my question is actually to "create" on an ipad pro without using the ctct app. I called in and they said you still cannot do that and don't know when that will be possible. I really would like to see that change!
I waste more of my valuable time trying to edit the email app. It does not change fonts easily - wont paste in my content. What a waste!!!
So unhappy with this poor excuse for an app.
I tried to copy and edit an email campaign that I had created online and then needed to update via the mobile app. After contacting customer support, I learned that campaigns created online are not accessible for edit and copy via the mobile app. This makes no sense. Often times I will start a campaign in my office but then need to finish up away from my office. Or if I have to send something out quickly while on the go, I can't copy and edit a prior campaign (I have campaigns that I just need to change the date and time on) via the mobile app. The two platforms should work seamlessly.
