@Dr.LawrenceF Thank you for the feedback and I apologize for any confusion you are having with the Resend to Non-Openers feature. When you schedule a campaign for the first time a check box is available on the schedule page to automatically resend the campaign to contacts who did not open the original mailing. That option is not currently available to resend to non-openers if it was not selected while scheduling the original campaign. I have included a link to a knowledge base article that may help walk you through the feature.
