the instructions for how to send to those names that did not open are not available!!!! grrrrrrr

Hey @PeggyM19, thanks for your feedback! I just tested the knowledge-base article on the "Learn More" link and it looks like it's working. Could you tell me what page you were on and what link you clicked to try and access the instructions?
