stacking two photo with text blocks

It would be nice to be able to put one continuous divider line between the two rows.  Currently, I can only place a divider between the image portion, and then another divider between the text portions.  Can't get my divider lines to equal positions.

WOuld you be able to send a screenshot of what you are trying to accomplish? You should be able to add dividers as long as your content is broken up into separate blocks.
