The test email does not work. I've tried it with multiple emails.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with test emails.  Are you using the preview feature and trying to send yourself a test?

Thanks for your response. Yes, that's exactly what I'm trying to do. I get a green message that says message sent but I never get it. I checked Junk and its not there either

Good call checking your junk folder, that's usually the first thing we suggest!

 

I took a look at your account to see if anything stood out to me-- but I'm not seeing any reason you shouldn't be receiving those. 

I'm going to have someone who is trained in deliverability reach out to you to see if they can help you get out to the bottom of the issue.

I am having the same issue.  CC needs to get with it and fix this common issue.  Several people have had the same problem after doing a Google Search.  We pay way too money per month to not be able to use the TEST EMAIL feature.
