I have created 3 auto-responders. However, I can not preview and test them as the Preview and Test box does not seem to work correctly for me? I can preview and test normal email campaigns just not the auto-responders.
The key element is the scroll function and not being able to click the send test email button. I have tried this in IE and Firefox browsers and get the same problem. Is this a known fault? Do other people experience the same? Or am I doing something wrong?
Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this frustrating issue, but you're not alone! Our engineers are aware of the problem and we should be seeing a fix for it soon. For the meantime, the only workaround is to unschedule the Autoresponder to preview.
