I am having issues inserting images this morning. When I open a copy of previously sent emails, all of the image links appear to be broken. Versions of these emails that I received in my mailbox do show the images and test emails to my mailbox show the images. When I try to insert a new image, it tells me that the URL is not valid. I have tried using image URLs from two different web servers with the same result. Help!
I am sorry to hear of your trouble with inserting images. When you are adding the images via URL, are the links http or https? Can you try the opposite to see if this will help? If you are still having trouble, can you send us the links that you are trying to add please? If you want to keep that information private you can send the links to us within an email to social_support(at)constantcontact(dot)com with your username and a reference to this post.
