Confirmed Opt-in Not working

Hello,

 

I recently enabled confirmed opt-in on my account and edited the confirmation email to be sent and applied everything and saved.

 

In my tests I am not recieving the opt-in email. I am receiving my auto responder and am getting added to the list.

 

I tried creating a new empty list and had the same issue.

 

I am using convert plug to collect information but that seems to be working fine and as worked fin in the past.

 

Any step I missed? Some of the instructions I found seemed out of date,

This had to do with using convertplug. I have it working now.
