Another one of our most popular viewed Frequently Asked Questions is “Paying for Constant Contact Products”. I know that when working in Live Chat, I also receive this question quite frequently. So let me help you!
Let’s separate paying for products into 3 areas:
- In Trial and Purchasing for the First Time
- Paying Customer and Want to Purchase an Additional Product or Add-On
- Paying Monthly and Would Like to Prepay
In Trial and Purchasing for the First Time
When you’re logged into your account, click on the “My Account” link up in the top right of the screen.
Select the product you wish to sign up for and click Next. (By paying for products, your trial will end).
Review your monthly and total charge. Then click Next.
Enter your billing information and click Next.
Verify your product selections and billing information.
Then review the Payment Plan Details at the bottom of the page. Don’t forget to check the box that you have read and understand the Payment Plan Details.
Paying Customer and Want to Purchase an Additional Product or Add-On
You also want to go to the My Account screen.
From here, you can choose to upgrade for the new product or add-on.
Again, go through the Next prompts.
Make sure to review what you are signing up for.
You will again have to click that you have read and understand our Payment Plan Details.
Paying Monthly and Would Like to Pre-Pay
Head on over to the My Account link in the upper right hand of the screen.
Scroll down to the Billing Information section on the lower left.
Choose “Add funds to my account”
Follow the prompts and select the pre-pay option you want to use.
Don’t forget to click that you have read and understand our Payment Plan Details.
So now you know how to pay for products! Any questions, just ask!
