Links are more than just ways to add content to your email without adding a lot of text. Every link is a chance to give your readers more and learn something about what matters to them.
That’s why you want to make sure your links are up to the task!
- Be descriptive. Use catchy phrases in your Text to Display field and not just the URL itself.
- Don’t let them blend in. Go ahead and change the link color to make sure that they pop.
- Give people a short cut. Include a Quick Links block to call out all your links in one spot.
Use the click-through report to track which links are most interesting to your audience. Then you can follow up in future newsletters or even save the people who clicked specific links into their own lists.
