I have tried to use the Spam Check feature in when developing my email newsletter, but I keep getting "an error occured". They told me that it was because my email starts with a letter and ends with a number. I think that's rather silly, but they said they were working on a fix for it. So I tried one of my other email addresses to use, verified it with CC, and used it in the From and Reply to lines. It has all letters....Got same error message! Any ideas why it won't work??

Can you please let us know if we have permission to access your account and troubleshoot this? Can you please let us know what email this is?
Please email email@example.com with the name of the email you are working on in the account and we can troubleshoot this further.

This is a known issue and changing the email address to one that does not end in a numeral will allow you to run the Spam Check. Be sure to save the email after changing the email address. We tested this in your account and it worked.
