border-spacing added to tables in gmail?

border-spacing added to tables in gmail?

I created a table with cellspacing=0 and cellpadding = 0. Looked fine everywhere except gmail.

Using chrome's "inspect element" tool, I saw where the "user-agent" stylesheet was adding border-spacing: 2px 2px;

So, I added style="border-spacing: 0px 0px;" to my table, but it's still showing the space and is not being overriden.

Anyone run into this before? Are there any workarounds? Pulling my hair out over here...!

Thanks so much!

Aaron, Add style="display: block;" to all your img tags. That should help line them up. Regards, Tony
