I am working in the Custom Information area, and would like to change an already existing 'text block' into a 'question'. i have tried deleting the block, which did not work. Anyone have any recommendations?

Unfortunately, once you add a question or a text block to a registration form and you obtain a single registrant, you cannot completely clear out the text block and change it to a question or vice versa. I do apologize for this; we do this because of what making these kinds of changes can do to your reporting data.
