How to convert an Email to an event?

I have spent a lot of time developing an email for an upcoming seminar then I suddenly realized I need it to be an event.

Is there a way to convert?

Thanks

Janie

Re: How to convert an Email to an event?

Hi,

Thanks for your question. What you could do is copy the Event URL and place it into your email as a link. If you created an event homepage, your event URL will open the homepage. If you chose not to use an event homepage, then the event URL will open the registration form.

To get the event URL:

  1. After logging into Constant Contact, click Events > My Events
  2. Click on the name of your event.
  3. Your event URL is in the box at the top of the right column labeled "URL".

Notes:

  • The event URL will only be available once the event has been published.
  • Use the Simple Share SS button to share the event URL on Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn at the same time with custom messages.

  • Each event has a unique URL and custom URL's cannot be created at this time.
  • You can also convert an event link into a QR bar code.
