Registrant Emailing after Event close

My event reg is now closed and I'm going to send some notes and reminders to everyone that has registered.  I would like to include a link to the individual registrants ticket in the event that they lost their original registration confirmation email.  Is there a way to include that link in an email for the individual receiving it?

Hello Mike, 

 

You can get the link for each individual and embed it in the email using Custom Fields. Depending on the number of registrants it may be quite time consuming.

 

To get the link for each individual you will need to go to their registration details then click on "VIew (registrants name) ticket". Once you have done that a new window will open with the ticket displayed. From there you will need to copy the link then either enter it in an excel spreadsheet as a custom field, or go to that individual in your Contacts section and add the custom field to their contact details. 

 

Once you have that information in each of your Contacts to insert it into the email you will be sending out you just need to follow the steps in this link.
