We apologize for the wait time you experienced. We are currently experiencing a higher call volume than normal. However in line with our Idea Guidelines, we will be closing this idea. We monitor our staffing levels and the number of inbound calls to help decide what options are available for customers and any adjustments that can be made to them. This doesn't mean that we aren't listening to your feedback! Please feel free to comment or vote on any of the other open ideas to let us know what you would like to see.
