You are so on the money. Once again CC has issued a new and improved feature by making it even slower and more difficult to use. If you have 20 - 50 emails this probably works but if you have more than 50 (we have 400+) to have to scroll down and down again and again takes forever. And the customer specialist sneeringly suggested that all I had to do was change the sort to get to where I wanted to go. Tell me how that works for you when you want to find "LOP MZT 2017". This new and improved feature makes old system which was miserable look good in comparison. Give us the ability to search by name or date or at least let us list more than 25 campaigns at a time and click different pages.
Me too, also need the ability to search through at least the titles of old emails.
Best for me would be able to search previous emails key words, so i can quickly see what i've posted on certain topics and when. Need asap! Thank you.
It'[s ridiculous that a paid service does not have this simple and most basic feature. Somnomething is missing from the customer-focus of this provider. I Will be SEARCHING for a replacement product.
YES!!!! This new set up is worse than before. I don't understand why there is no search feature! It boggles me.
I would love to be able to keyword seach through my sent campaigns (and maybe even drafts). I have things that get sent out on a monthly and annual basis, but it is often difficult to find the last one I sent out to use as a template for the next one. The folders for sent items used to be so helpful, but they no longer give me the option of viewing items not yet in folders, so I have no idea what's been archived and what hasn't.
Can you please explain why exactly Constant Contact has not provided this most basic feature, to be able to search through your sent email collection using keywords?
People have been asking you to do this for several years. Clearly, there is a major need for this very basic feature.
Yes, an Epic Fail for the new interface. Too dumb to imagine. Clearly the new release was not tested by real people with real accounts. Did CC even conduct a beta test? My guess is 'no' - by the lack of a necessary search function (not a 'feature').
I desperately need a keyword search. So much I may find another platform.
Have you tried to sort the emails from oldest to newest or A-Z feature at the upper right hand side under the campaigns tab?
You may also try going to the status selection on the left hand side of the page to zero in on the older campaigns. I also recommend to use the folders option and putting the campaigns you want to easily access in the folders. I will also let our VOC team know of this feature request. Thank you for the feedback.
I'm sorry that we don't currently have the ability to search keywords across multiple email campaigns -- but we encourage you to pass along this idea directly to our product teams. You can post it in the feedback section of the Community. Have a great day!
I completely agree it's VERY frustrating!. Much prefered the numbered pages across the bottom.
I used Constant Contact 4 years ago, and I could use a template and enter my own html and css. What the hell happened? Then when I ask support for answers, they send me a link to an outdated doc.
All I want to do is use my own background image in my email campaign and can't do it.
I custom coded an email with my own background image, and can't save it as a template. Then "Tier 2" decided to "help" me with custom coding, and they put a background image over my background image!
I have seen page after page of people complaining about this, but no answers! And what's the voting about???? Just answer the freaking question!!!!
Ps: I can't even see where to post my own comment, and can only comment on someone else's. (Btw, your subject line is perfect!)
Have to say I completely agree as well.
Please give us page numbers back!
