Adding Subscribed Names to a New List

The process seems very user UNFRIENDLY! I'm trying to create new list, and when I enter a name I get a message that the name is already subscribed. That's all - no instructions on how to proceed or how to add a subscribed user to a new list. Live Chat send a message saying they can't help.

Hi @FirstNameL563035 what are the steps you're taking to add a contact into a new list? Are they contacts already in a different list? Can you please provide a screenshot of the message you're receiving?
