An idea would be to not list automatic emails on the scope of services if you can't send them. I would spend this money to just "try" the tool out and not use it.
Are you referring to how we list welcome emails, Birthday emails, and anniversary emails on the plans and pricing page? You should be able to use some of the Automation types, just not an Autoresponder series.
