Appreciation

I'm a new Constant Contact user and have struggled with a few challenges. The level of customer care which I received during each communication is, sadly, unheard of in today's environment. I want to express my sincere appreciation to the staff and to acknowledge their EXCEPTIONAL assistance. They have made my struggles way less painful. I wish all companies would look to Constant Contact as the model for extraordinary customer service. Bravo!
