Create images of more than the first page during PDF upload

I don't want a PDF of the first page - I want the whole newsletter - all four pages - in the email.

At this time the library does upload an image of only the first page of a PDF. We apologize for any confusion this may cause.

This only allowed for the first page of the .pdf. It didn't pick up all three pages.

If you are looking to upload an image of more than the first page of a PDF we apologize this is not an available feature. It is however a feature request we are continuing to collect feedback on.

I would like to see the ability to upload two-page pdf's in order to create campaigns.  That seems like it should be in the program.
