Deliverability - sending to Role Address

I NEED to be able to send on my list to as this is my VP of Operations email address and need for them to be able to receive my messages for approval and tracking of my campaigns.

Thank you for reaching out to us with this feedback. You currently can't send to this role addresses because they are typically sent to more than one person. It's hard to ensure that all of the recipients gave permission to receive your email, which can lead to higher complaint and opt-out rates. In this case you would want to get individual email addresses for all of your contacts.
