The update is difficult and cumbersome to navigate.
Also, that CC launched this during a PANDEMIC is really unpleasant to the end-users.
Added stress of learning/navigating this system during this difficult time, when all businesses
are learning a multitiude of other new platforms, while trying to keep business and contact
successfully moving is very trying. Not pleased at all. When I have more time to study/learn this
system hopefully I won't have to spend and hour trying to reach someone on the phone for help
as has been happening also.
