Eliminate unnecessary hold time

I called yesterday and was on hold for over ten minutes before I concluded that your call center must have been closed. IF that was the case, it would be helpful if you included that information in your message. Also, the sound quality of messages we hear while on hold is not good. It "skips" and is tinny.
