Called to report a CSV not opening or saving. Tried on 4 different PC's. The person I spoke with, no offense, was a real *****,. Kept saying its the computer not Constant Contact and was not a customer service type in her demeanor. It upset me that I can't get what we are paying for so will be going to another vendor for all our accounts, of which we have several. Perhaps you can use this to strengthen your customer service training. ****** people off is likely not an ideal objective for your customer service reps.

Thanks. Figured it out on my own. On all PC's I used Firefox. I decided to use Chrome and the report downloaded fine.
