I'm sorry to hear this and want to learn more about what made it hard to get started. What area did you find to be most difficult and what made it confusing? Did you check out any of our help resources? Were they helpful to you?

Candace, no problem. I did find it somewhat difficult figuring out what to do - I attribute that to being a hands-on-person and having directions in front of me. Through trial and error, I was able to figure out setting up our template, but I am not sure what happens next. I will ask for some help when I get our in-house newsletter ready to publish and send out. Thank you
