Help received to create our event email

I have spent several days working on our first event email and have spoken with several members of the support team during the process. All of them were so helpful. This morning I spoke with Jess W in Colorado about some changes that my employer requested and her customer service and phone manners were fantastic. She was confident and reassuring about completing the task and had a great sense of humor during our time on the phone. I want to commend Jess, especially, for her outstanding manner and knowledge. I had hoped to speak to someone in person but I trust that this message will suffice. She should be recognized for her talent and professionalism. Katie Taylor, Chadwick Heirlooms, Richmond, VA
