I really am feeling railroaded and resentful right now.

I signed up for a trial because I am trying to figure out the right HIPPA compliant alternative to send my patients newsletters to build community. Next thing I know, some dude calls me in the middle of my workday to reading from a sales script, acting like he's "my representative," and not listening to a word I am saying. We schedule another time for "orientation," at which I HAD TO CALL HIM BECAUSE HE WASN'T ON TIME. Then, he clearly doesn't remember me or my needs yet tells me the trial won't meet "my needs." and railroads me into a Plus membership 30 day refund guarantee, using cliched jargain. I reluctantly signed up for $45/month -- because I am looking for a solution -- AND AM CHARGED $49!!! I don't like it. I don't like the way I've been treated and I've only just started. Please explain and do something to make me better about this trial. I'm feeling worse by the minute.
