Hi. Your Rep. Brian in CO, did a great job explaining to me that it is possible to resend a campaign message to all those that did not open your message. I thought we might need to pay for an upgrade or that it would be complicated, and it wasn't. So just an idea for persons like me that don't know all the wonderful things CC can do! After we receive the results of a message, a Pop up box can come up prompting me (the User) to go to that area to resend the message to those that haven't received. The same process could be done to prompt us to do other best practices as well. Thank you for your service and for having knowledgeable Call Center staff that explain these items to us!
