Irritated by inability to respond to survey

I tried to respond to CC'ssurvey request I received by email. Couldn't! My email wasn't recognized as a valid business email. (It was the email CC contacted me at.) Frustating!

I've never heard of that happening.  I'll pass that info to the team who sends the surveys.
