Users are getting the following when they use the Forward link setup by one of your agents: We're Sorry. The requested file was not found. This could be for a variety of reasons, including: You followed a broken or out-of-date link A file no longer exists If you followed a broken or out-of-date link, please inform the owner of the referring document. [ File Not Found : 404 ]

- What email are you testing on?

- Is this the forward to a friend link or another one?

- What address are you sending too and forwarding too?
