Once I was done with my Live Chat with Amber L - I wanted to print or at least save the content. Before I could do that this message came on the screen "You've been disconnected from the agent. Please wait while we attempt to reconnect. I waited and nothing, I was however, able to print at least the first page of our conversation. I think there should be a way to wait and let the customer decide what he/she would like to do with the content.
Other than that, I am completely satisfied with Constant Contact.
